Our Challenge
Product quality is paramount for Migros Millas. To achieve this, they needed to improve the maintenance and design of their facilities, but lacked the necessary documentation — floor plans, installations, and engineering records — nor the DIGITAL TWIN technology to efficiently assess their current situation and collaborate with their various suppliers in a BIM environment to define an efficient action plan.
Solution Implemented
In close collaboration with our sister company BIM Facility AG, a strategic analysis was conducted to define the technical scope of the DIGITAL TWIN solution and an adequate ROI.
We began with a detailed facility survey through interior scans and drone footage of all installations, providing a thorough understanding of each pipe route, electrical system, and more — enabling accurate planning, maintenance, and decision-making.
